HomePaperPro provides expert advisory, document preparation, and transaction coordination related to property matters. Our service catalog includes contract review, title verification, and closing administration in compliance with applicable law.

Non-Reimbursable Services: Custom contract drafting and court representation are tailored to client specifications and involve significant allocation of professional time and effort. Such services are not eligible for reimbursement once engagement has begun, as we commit dedicated resources on your behalf.

Service Rescheduling: You may reschedule any qualifying service without additional fee if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the original appointment date.

2. Digital Information Products

This section applies to e-guides, templates, and recorded webinars offered by HomePaperPro. All digital content is accessible via member login.

Digital Product Reimbursement: A reimbursement request may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided there has been no download or access to the content.

3. Physical Deliverables

This section applies to printed materials, hard-copy forms, and branded items shipped to your address.

Deliverable Reimbursement: You may request a reimbursement within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping. We will reimburse the cost of the item excluding shipping fees.

4. Reimbursement Procedures

To request a reimbursement or service reschedule, please complete our contact form or call us at +6580396233. All reimbursement requests are reviewed and processed within 14 days of approval. Reimbursed amounts will be issued via the original payment method or, at your option, credited toward another HomePaperPro service or product.
